Values play an increasingly important role in the world politics and determine national policies to a much greater extent than ever before, stated Stefan Fule, EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, during the debate on the future of the global world order and security at the 9th Yalta Annual Meeting.
Restructuring of the world depends on human potential and innovations that become main factors underlying this century’s country development. This idea expressed Dr. Condoleezza Rice, 66th Secretary of State of the United States in the course of the discussion on the future of the global order and security at the 9th Yalta Annual Meeting of YES.
Once Europe locks in its current borders and isolates itself from the rest of the world – primarily from the countries like Ukraine and Turkey – democratic values would lose all over the world. This idea was expressed by Dr. Condoleezza Rice, 66th Secretary of State of the United States speaking at the session “The Future of the Global Order and Security” of the 9th Yalta Annual Meeting.
