The fourth RETURNING mental health center opens in Kropyvnytskyi27.10.2025
A new mental health center for service members, veterans, and their families has opened in Kropyvnytskyi. This is the fourth facility of the all-Ukrainian RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support those who have suffered psychological trauma as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. 
A third mental health center of the national RETURNING network opens in Poltava23.10.2025
A RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) mental health center has begun operating in Poltava — for servicemen, veterans, and their family members. This is already the third facility within the national RETURNING network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support the mental health of those who have suffered psychological trauma as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. 
New RETURNING Mental Health Center Opens in Ternopil18.09.2025
A modern mental health center for servicemen, veterans, and their families has opened in Ternopil. This is the second facility within the nationwide RETURNING network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces. Each year, more than 4,000 Ukrainian defenders and their families will receive free, comprehensive mental health care here. | 
The first mental health center of the nationwide network RETURNING, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk, opened in Dnipro16.05.2025
A modern and comfortable mental health center for military personnel, veterans, and their family members has started operating in the city of Dnipro. This is the first center of the nationwide network RETURNING (ukr. POVERNENNYA), founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s security and defense forces. Every year, more than 4,000 defenders of Ukraine and their family members will be able to receive comprehensive mental health support here. |
