PinchukArtCentre announces names of Selection Committee members of PinchukArtCentre Prize 2015

PinchukArtCentre has announced the names of the Selection Committee members who will decide upon the shortlist of candidates for the PinchukArtCentre Prize 2015, a first privately funded nationwide award in contemporary art for young Ukrainian artists up to 35.

On May 30, the PinchukArtCentre opens two new exhibitions: “Borderline. Ukrainian Art 1985–2004” and “Mute” by Ukrainian artist Zinaїda Lihacheva

On Saturday, May 30, 2015, the PinchukArtCentre will present “Borderline. Ukrainian Art 1985–2004”, a large scale group show of Ukrainian artists exploring development of the Ukrainian contemporary art from early 1980s till 2004 when the Orange Revolution had happened in the country. In conjunction with the group project, a solo show “Mute” by Ukrainian artist Zinaїda Lihacheva will take place in the context of PAC-UA.

The PinchukArtCentre prolongs till June 7 application procedure for the PinchukArtCentre Prize 2015, the first privately funded nationwide award in contemporary art for young Ukrainian artists up to 35. On-line submission of works for the competition is ongoing at prize.pinchukartcentre.org
