PinchukArtCentre to host discussion on 21-century artist
On October 03, 2007 PinchukArtCentre is to host a panel discussion "21-century artist" participated by prominent foreign and Ukrainian artists whose works will be displayed at the REFLECTION exhibition.
In the discussion will participate two foreign - Jeff Koons (USA), Antony Gormley (UK), and four Ukrainian artists - Serhiy Bratkov, Arsen Savadov, lllya Chichkan and Vasiliy Zagolov. Moderator of the event is Peter Doroshenko, the president of PinchukArtCentre and the director of Baltic contemporary art centre (UK).
The panel discussion is to be held in the form of open discussion with artists delivering short speeches on role and activity of contemporary artist. After that, there will be a discussion of the opinions expressed by the artists and a question and answer session. Also invited are art-critics, artists and galerists.
The panel discussion is held at 03:00 p.m. on the 4th floor of ARENA club (1/2, Bassyeynaya St., Kyiv City). Accreditation requests for Mass Media representatives is available until 05:00 p.m. October 04, 2007 following the link
