Kyiv School of Economics
Kyiv School of Economics
We supported the development of the Kyiv School of Economics, the only educational institution in Ukraine which follows international standards in economic education. The KSE's goal is to build a new generation of economists in Ukraine in order to improve the economic, business, and policymaking environment.
The Kyiv School of Economics offers an internationally recognized two-year full time English language master’s program. The program is taught by international and Western-trained Ukrainian tutors with a strong research background. KSE’s mission is two-fold:
- To create a new generation of economists;
- To create a sustainable local capacity for economic research and education.
The Kyiv School of Economics is financed by an international consortium of donors and governed according to international standards.
The Kyiv School of Economics was founded in 2006 by the Economics Education and Research Consortium (EERC) and the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. KSE is cooperating with the University of Houston, USA, that provides KSE students with an Americanaccredited master's degree in economics.
After earning their master’s degree, KSE graduates either pursue an academic career and are enrolled in prestigious Ph.D programs in Western Europe and North America, or work as economists and analysts in Ukrainian think-tanks and government structures, or work for private companies (e.g. investment and banking, consulting and audit).
