Victor Pinchuk Foundation and Atlantic Council to Host a Conference “Russia’s Cyber Operations in Ukraine and Beyond”

On February 6 and 8, 2018, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and the Atlantic Council will host “Russia’s Cyber Operations in Ukraine and Beyond”, a two-part conference that will address Russia’s hybrid war and cyber attacks in Ukraine, as well as its broader cyber aggression against the West. The conference will take place in Washington, DC and San Antonio, TX. 

The events will bring together key stakeholders, researchers, government officials, and members of civil society who will assess Russia’s cyber aggressions and provide timely recommendations and responses. It will feature panels on: Testing Ground: Ukraine’s Experience with Russian Cyber Attacks and Moscow’s Broader Cyber Operations Against the West.

Among the speakers of the conference are: The Hon.
