Victor Pinchuk Foundation announces an open call for veterans to apply to the second cohort of its leadership program at Yale

Victor Pinchuk Foundation announces an open call for the second cohort of participants in the Ukrainian Veterans Leadership Program (UVLP), the Foundation’s international leadership development program for Ukrainian veterans.

The participants in the second cohort will complete the five-day intensive program at Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs, focused on developing leadership competencies, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills in complex environments. The program provides Ukrainian veterans with access to world-class educational practices and the expertise of leading faculty and practitioners.

“We are looking for veterans who have already demonstrated leadership and are ready to take the next step in their development, regardless of the field they work or plan to pursue. We value curiosity, motivation, a commitment to continuous growth, and the ability to take responsibility, and turn knowledge into action. We want every participant of our program to come back from Yale not only with new knowledge and skills, but with a broader perspective on their own potential and a clearer understanding of how they can use their leadership to help shape a stronger future for Ukraine”,  said Svitlana Grytsenko, Head of the Ukrainian Veterans Leadership Program at the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

The program is open to  ambitious and driven Ukrainian veterans who are highly motivated to learn, grow, acquire new knowledge, and to strengthen their leadership and strategic skills.

No specific educational background or professional experience in a particular field is required. What matters is military experience, motivation for personal and professional development, leadership potential, and willingness to apply the knowledge and skills gained through the program in practice.
