President of Israel Shimon Peres spoke to Ukrainian students in a discussion organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation
On Wednesday, 24 November 2010, President of Israel Shimon Peres spoke to Zavtra.UA scholarship holders and selected students from top Ukrainian universities. Around 200 students from all over Ukraine attended this event organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
During this meeting President Peres – one of the world’s leading politicians and visionaries and Nobel Peace Prize laureate of 1994 – gave a public lecture on global challenges and the ways the young generation should be facing them, followed by a Q&A session.

By organizing such a dialogue between world leaders, experts and Ukrainian students, the Foundation contributes to fostering a new generation of responsible leaders. For four years, the Foundation has been inviting internationally renowned economists, politicians and public figures to Ukraine to discuss today’s challenges facing the country and the world.
