Submission for the 11th annual competition of Zavtra.UA scholarship program closed

On the 30^th of November, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation closed the application process for the 11^th annual competition for Zavtra.UA scholarship program aimed at contributing to establishment of the new generation of intellectual and business elites of the country that will become the starter of the future changes. Over 789 students representing 36 cities of Ukraine from 98 universities have applied this year. Among the contestants, 737 students are studying at 73 universities that are partners of the program.

The list of the students whose applications have been admitted for the competition is available in the section “Competition”, on the page “Registration Summary”. The output rankings of the 1^st round and the list of the contestants in the 2^nd round will be announced in early February 2017. The winners of the competition will be identified in May 2017, upon the total scores gained in the three rounds. The Zavtra.UA Forum will be held in June, where the winners of this year’s competition will be enlisted to the community of the program scholarship holders.

The scholarship holders are entitled to receive a monthly scholarship of UAH 1677 during a year, to attend the Zavtra.UA Annual youth Forum, to take part in the Yalta European Strategy annual meetings, public lectures with prominent representatives of business, politics and culture, they get involved with projects of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and the PinchukArtCentre.

Students studying full time at year 3-6, at universities with accreditation level 4 and at partnering universities, are welcome to participate in the annual all-Ukrainian competitions. Academic excellence, leadership qualities, communication skills and the desire and ability to contribute to transforming Ukraine are among the selection criteria.

Zavtra.UA is the first private large scale scholarship program in Ukraine. Since 2006, it has contributed to forming a new generation of citizens and leaders that will change the country. Over 2300 young Ukrainians have become part of the Zavtra.UA community in the decade since the program’s launch.

We select the most talented students of Ukraine and provide them with financial support to allow them to concentrate on their education. Support is also provided for projects to change society (60 individual and 100 group projects supported up to now); and for developing skills, networking, exchange of experience and information.
