The 18th Mental Health Center of the RETURNING Network, Founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk, Has Opened in Kremenchuk

A mental health center of the nationwide RETURNING (ukr.ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk, has begun operating in Kremenchuk. Here, 4,000 service members, male and female veterans, and members of their families will be able to receive free professional psychological and psychiatric care annually.

Ukrainians face a brutal winter. Europeans do very much for Ukraine now, but must do even more, quickly. If Russia manages to destabilize Ukraine, our security is impacted. It is in Europe’s interest to make sure Ukraine survives the expected Russian onslaught this winter. It is in Europe’s interest to give as many Patriot interceptor missiles as possible to Ukraine. It is definitely in Europe’s interest to make sure Ukraine can continue to defend Europe successfully

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation donated portable ventilators to the MOAS-Ukraine Foundation

As part of the joint charitable initiative Ukraine Relief Fund, founded by Victor and Elena Pinchuk and the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, Eric and Wendy Schmidt and Schmidt Futures, Robert F. Smith and Vista Equity Partners, the Minderoo Foundation (Andrew and Nicola Forrest), Bill Ford, and the General Atlantic Foundation, two portable ventilators with a total value of 1,654,500 UAH were purchased and installed in the MOAS-Ukraine Foundation’s emergency response vehicles.
