The fourth RETURNING mental health center opens in Kropyvnytskyi27.10.2025
A new mental health center for service members, veterans, and their families has opened in Kropyvnytskyi. This is the fourth facility of the all-Ukrainian RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support those who have suffered psychological trauma as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

On October 23, 2025, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation launched the competition of the Zavtra.UA Scholarship Program 2025/2026. The nationwide program to support talented young people, Zavtra.UA, aims to foster and strengthen the next generation of Ukraine's intellectual and business elite. The Foundation selects the most talented students of Ukraine and provides them with financial, expert and informational support.

A RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) mental health center has begun operating in Poltava — for servicemen, veterans, and their family members. This is already the third facility within the national RETURNING network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support the mental health of those who have suffered psychological trauma as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. |
