The sixth mental health center of the RETURNING network opened in Khmelnytskyi10.11.2025
A comfortable and inclusive RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ ) mental health center has opened in Khmelnytskyi — for service members, veterans, and their families. This is already the sixth facility of the national network founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces.

On 6-7 November 2025, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation's Cradles of Hope programme held its 16th international scientific and practical conference in Kyiv on the topic of ‘Modern experience in providing care to newborns in complex neonatal cases’.

A cozy and inclusive RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) mental health center has begun operating in Rivne — created for service members, veterans, and their families.
