Energy Security is Ukraine’s Achilles’ Heel – Leonid Kuchma20.09.2013
The energy security issue is central to the Ukraine’s survival. So stated Leonid Kuchma, President of Ukraine from 1994-2004, at the session “Energy: Threats, Solutions, Revolutions” at the 10th Annual Meeting of Yalta European Strategy.
